Terms and Conditions

We like to keep things pretty simple here so here are our basic terms: 

  1. Items on this site may be dangerous or age restricted, by buying them you are excepting the risks which are associated with such items.
  2. For legalities of items any advice on our site is advice, not the law. Please do your own research and speak to a solicitor if needed. All items we sell are legal to own in the UK as of 01.01.2024.
  3. By placing an order you agree to accept our returns policy 
  4. Our price match promise is at our discretion, we will do our best to match all none sale items, from sites in the UK, with stock will be matched (including postage chargers)
  5. Pricing errors will not be honored. 
  6. 60-day returns are for new items only, which are still as new. 
  7. Postage charges for weather-related delays are not refundable. 
  8. For a free returns label you will require access to a printer.
  9. If you are not in when the courier attempts the first delivery postage will not be refunded for the item being over the stated delivery claim (e.g if you order with next day delivery on a Monday and you are not in on Tuesday, postage will not be refunded)
  10. If a parcel leaves us on time, delays for incorrect addresses or courier errors may not be refunded, on a case by case basis.
  11. All other terms exist in law under the Consumer Rights Act.
